Registration fees (VAT 20% included)

* copy of document proving your student status must be sent to ACTA together with registration.

** Dinner reservation and payment by December 15, 2009.

The fee includes bag, conference documentation and coffee breaks.

•    BANK TRANSFER
In case of bank transfer (bank data available on registration form), COPY OF BANK PAYMENT DOCUMENT, with clear indication of participant's family and first name and reference "Gi4DM 2010", MUST BE SENT TOGETHER WITH COPY OF THE REGISTRATION FORM

Transfers should be net and exclusive of any bank charges to the conference.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITHOUT REGISTERING TO THE CONFERENCE.  
PLEASE DO NOT SEND REGISTRATION FORM WITHOUT COPY OF PAYMENT IN CASE OF BANK TRANSFER. 
On-site payments can be made only cash or by credit card.

Invoices for on-site registrations will be sent by e-mail after the conference.

PUBLICATION
For inclusion in the Conference proceedings final papers must be covered by registration and payment of at least one of the authors, both to be received by the Conference Secretariat ACTA by November 30, 2009 at the latest. 

CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made by writing to the Congress Secretariat, ACTA. In case registration is cancelled before November 30, made by writing to the Congress Secretariat, ACTA. In case registration is cancelled before November 30, 2009 an administrative fee of 90 Euro will be deducted and the rest of the registration fee refunded. Cancellations received after November 30, 2009 can not be refunded. All refunds will be made after the Congress. 

If for any reason beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
